4. Revisions & Changes:

Each project includes a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions or scope changes may require extra charges.

5. Cancellation & Refunds:

Due to the creative nature of our work, refunds are not applicable once the project is in progress. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.

6. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Rainbow Tech Web shall not be liable for any indirect damages or data loss due to use of our services.

8. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat.
