This agreement is between Rainbow Tech Web and the Client.
- Scope of Work
We agree to provide web development/design and digital solutions as outlined in your proposal or quote.
- Responsibilities
Rainbow Tech Web will:
Deliver services as agreed
Provide regular updates
Maintain confidentiality
The Client will:
Provide timely feedback, content, and payments
Respond to queries during the project
- Payment Terms
50% advance before the project begins
30% after design approval
20% on project delivery
- Revisions
2 rounds of revisions included.
Additional revisions are chargeable.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Applicable charges for work done will still apply.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect sensitive information shared during the project.
