Payment

(B)Late Payments: In the case of late payments, Rainbow Tech Web reserves the right to suspend or terminate services.
Confidentiality

(B)Exceptions: Confidentiality shall not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required by law to be disclosed.
Limitation of Liability
(A)Rainbow Tech Web will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
(B)In no event shall Rainbow Tech Web's liability exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rainbow Tech Web harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.
